The Concordia men’s cross country team capped its 2025 campaign with a strong showing against elite regional competition, placing 23rd at the NCAA Division III North Region Championships on Saturday in Colfax, Wis.
Freshman Owen Klish led the Concordia Men’s Cross Country team with a standout performance, finishing 22nd overall in a time of 29:52 to help propel the Cobbers to a third-place team finish at the Saint John's Fall Finale.

Concordia-Moorhead faced a stacked field in one of the largest cross country races of the season, competing in the Jo Rider Men’s Maroon Race (Division II & III) at the Roy Griak Invitational. The Cobbers ran a strong team race on the Les Bolstad Golf Course, finishing 17th out of 21 complete teams in a field of more than 250 runners.
Concordia opened the 2025 by finishing third at the annual MSU Moorhead Twilight Meet which was shortened due to a wrong turn taken by the guide vehicle.
